Product Description

     The fusible alloy sprinkler head is a crucial closed sprinkler head in the automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system. It has a compact and exquisite structure, composed of copper alloy die-castings, stamped parts, imported fusible alloy temperature-sensitive elements, and sealing components. It is sealed by a metal gasket and fusible alloy. Once a fire breaks out and the ambient temperature rises to the melting point of the fusible alloy, the alloy will melt, and the metal gasket will fall off, and the fire-fighting water will immediately spray out for fire extinguishing. It has significant advantages, with excellent sealing performance and a long service life. It can operate stably in low-temperature environments where glass bulb sprinkler heads cannot be used, such as cold storage facilities and underground parking garages. Its activation temperature is accurate and can be customized as needed. The common nominal diameters are DN15 and DN20, and the rated working pressure is 1.2MPa. During installation, it is mostly installed in a pendent mode with the deflector downward. Regular visual inspections are required during daily maintenance to ensure that it can play a key role in fire extinguishing at any time.
