- By structural form: Expertly crafted, our fire sprinklers come in two distinct structural forms: closed and open. Closed sprinklers feature a sophisticated release mechanism, ensuring the nozzle remains sealed during normal conditions. In contrast, open sprinklers lack this mechanism, leaving the nozzle perpetually open, ready to act when needed.
- By thermal sensitive element: Our fire sprinklers are engineered with precision using two types of thermal sensitive elements: glass bulb and fusible element. In the glass bulb version, when exposed to heat, the internal liquid expands, causing the bulb to shatter, thereby activating the sprinkler. The fusible element model operates by melting under heat, efficiently triggering the water flow.
- By installation method and water spray shape: With versatility in mind, our sprinklers are available in various installation methods and spray shapes: vertical upright, downward pendent, adaptable ordinary, strategic sidewall, and concealed recessed designs. Upright sprinklers cast most water downward while partially wetting the ceiling. Pendent models direct over 80% of water downward, optimizing protection. Ordinary sprinklers can be mounted either way, delivering a spherical spray. Sidewall sprinklers, installed against walls, create a reliable semi-parabolic pattern, while recessed models are discreetly embedded within ceilings.
- By operating temperature: For tailored fire protection, our sprinklers are classified by operating temperature, identifiable by color codes: orange for 57°C, red for 68°C, yellow for 79°C, green for 93°C, and blue for 141°C, guaranteeing optimal performance across varying temperature thresholds.
