Upon heating, the glass bulb sprinkler's internal working liquid causes a dramatic burst, opening the bulb to unleash its protective force. Meanwhile, the fusible element sprinkler responds to heat by melting its fusible element, allowing it to gracefully detach and activate the sprinkler.
