- Categorized by Structural Form: Our fire sprinkler systems can be classified into two primary categories: closed and open sprinklers. Closed sprinklers are ingeniously designed with a release mechanism, ensuring the sprinkler head remains sealed under normal conditions for maximum safety and efficiency. In contrast, open sprinklers operate without a release mechanism, keeping the nozzle perpetually open for immediate water dispersion.
- Based on Thermal Sensitive Element: We offer two types of high-performance thermal-sensitive element sprinklers: glass bulb sprinklers and fusible element sprinklers. The glass bulb sprinkler, when subjected to heat, features a working liquid that expands to burst the bulb, allowing for swift activation. Meanwhile, the fusible element sprinkler's ingenious design allows the melting element to detach and activate the sprinkler upon reaching a critical temperature.
- By Installation Method and Water Spray Pattern: Our versatile range of sprinklers includes upright, pendent, ordinary, sidewall, and recessed options-each tailored for specific installation types and water spray patterns. Upright sprinklers are mounted vertically, directing water predominantly downward while also wetting the ceiling. Pendent sprinklers hang elegantly, delivering over 80% of water directly downward. Ordinary sprinklers offer flexibility, adaptable for both upright and hanging installations with a spherical spray pattern. Sidewall sprinklers, mounted against walls, produce a semi-parabolic spray, while recessed sprinklers are discreetly integrated into ceilings for seamless design.
- According to Operating Temperature: Our fire sprinklers are meticulously calibrated to operate at five distinct temperature levels, each identified by a unique color: vibrant orange for 57°C, striking red for 68°C, bold yellow for 79°C, refreshing green for 93°C, and serene blue for 141°C, ensuring precise and reliable fire protection tailored to diverse environmental conditions.
